Crescent Ridge Mini-Storage is designed to fit all your storage needs with may sizes to choose from, large doors for easy loading, and wide drives for easy access.
Our units are rented on a month-to-month basis. If your storage needs begin in the middle of the month and you need to rent for more than one month, we will pro-rate the storage fee for that partial month.
We have you sign a contract, providing us with contact information. This contract informs you what our responsibilities are as the landlord and what your responsibility is as a tenant.
We suggest you insure the property in your storage unit just as you would your home, apartment, office or business.

Only the contract owner and any designee assigned on the contract by the owner will have access to your unit. You can provide your own padlock or we have them available for purchase. For security purposes, we recommend a Master Lock # 5 padlock, with a 2” throw.
