1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk butter

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper flakes or more to taste


Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
One by one, dip the chicken in flour, then in milk butter, then in flour again, pressing it until it is completely covered.
In batches, add the chicken to the pan, 3 or 4 pieces at a time, Cook the chicken until evenly golden and crispy, for two minutes on each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate lined with paper towels.
Mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Set the mixture aside.

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Oil for frying


How to prepare  :

1-after cleaning the chicken well put it in a large saucepan and add water until the whole chicken is submerged

2-add salt, pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, and a spoon of fat to the water at medium temperature, fat can be replaced with vegetable oil

3-cut the onion into four parts and add it to the water

4-we also cut the carrots into large sections and add it to the water

5-cover the pot and leave it for about 20 minutes over medium heat, and when it reaches the boiling point, reduce the fire and leave it for another 20 minutes

6-avoid cutting or scratching the skin while turning the broilers

7-when making sure that the broiler has matured, we lift it from the boiling water and put it first in a colander to completely drain the water

8 – with a piece of Bashkir we dry the broiler skin well

9-when making sure that the broiler has become almost dry, we insert a large fork into the open section of the broiler and another at the neck

10-mix ketchup, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt well and with a special brush in the kitchen, we put the mixture on the broiler skin and leave it to dry a little

11 – in a deep saucepan intended for frying, we put a copious amount of oil on a strong fire

12-put a small piece of bread to make sure that the oil is good for frying

13-we grab the forks and put the broilers in the hot oil, preferably leaving a distance of 1 cm between the bottom of the pan and the broilers, and continue to hold the broilers for a few seconds so that the skin does not stick to the bottom of the pan, and at this stage, the oven paws can be worn to avoid burning hands with oil

14-when the color of the broiler’s skin becomes golden, we turn the broiler to the other side

15-when making sure that the fried chicken has acquired a golden color and the skin has become crispy, we put it in a serving dish with fried potatoes and garlic mixture
