- 500 g kunafa dough
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup ground pistachios
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- Two cups of Sugar water
How to make :
- In a saucer put the kunafa.
- Add to it 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1/2 cup diameter and stir.
- In a saucer, put ground pistachios, ground walnuts, sugar, and rose water, 1/2 cup diameter, and stir.
- In a tray, put a layer of kunafa, spread the nut and pistachio mixture on it, then put another layer of kunafa.
- On top, apply 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Pour Sugar water Cup on top after ripening.
