Ingredients

  • 500 g kunafa dough
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup ground pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • Two cups of Sugar water

How to make :

  1. In a saucer put the kunafa.
  2. Add to it 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1/2 cup diameter and stir.
  3. In a saucer, put ground pistachios, ground walnuts, sugar, and rose water, 1/2 cup diameter, and stir.
  4. In a tray, put a layer of kunafa, spread the nut and pistachio mixture on it, then put another layer of kunafa.
  5. On top, apply 1/4 cup melted butter.
  6. Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Pour Sugar water Cup on top after ripening.
