Grilled Tomato Tart

Ingredients
– The dough :
- Flour : a glass and a quarter
- Butter : 100 grams (unsalted)
- Cold water : 5 tablespoons
- Salt: a pinch
– Filling:
- Onions: 1 piece (chopped)
- Salt: a pinch
- Black pepper: a pinch
- Parsley: half a glass (chopped)
- Cream: a tablespoon (fresh)
- Cheddar cheese: 150 grams
- Tomatoes: 6 (grilled and halved)
- Cream cheese: 150 grams (squares)
- Mozzarella cheese: a glass
- Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)
- Olive oil: as needed
Method of preparation
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
- Whisk the flour with salt in a bowl, add the butter and mix the mixture with your hands.
- Gently knead the butter with flour until you get a coarse flour consistency.
- Add cold water, and knead until the dough hardens.
- In a frying pan on the fire, heat the olive oil, add the onion and fry until caramelized.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then add parsley, fresh cream and stir the mixture well, then set aside.
- Roll out the dough in a round shape on a floured surface, transfer it to an oven tray, evenly distribute half of the cheddar cheese, then spread the onion-cream mixture, then roast tomatoes and cream cheese squares.
- Spread the rest of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Slightly fold the sides of the tart dough, then brush with a beaten egg.
- Put the tray in the oven for about 50 minutes until cooked and golden, then serve.
