Ingredients

Lamb : 500 grams (minced)
– Onions : 1 (large / chopped)
– Margarine: 3 tablespoons
– Salt : a teaspoon
– Black pepper : a teaspoon
– Red hot pepper : a teaspoon
– Garlic powder : a teaspoon
– Cumin: a teaspoon
– Paprika : a teaspoon
– Coriander : half a teaspoon (ground)

Direction:

  1. Put all the ingredients except margarine in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with your hands until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Make about 10 small balls from the mixture and then flatten them by pressing them with your hand.
  4. Heat the ghee in a frying pan and stir the kebab discs in it until cooked on both sides well and serve hot.
