Lamb kebab

Ingredients
Lamb : 500 grams (minced)
– Onions : 1 (large / chopped)
– Margarine: 3 tablespoons
– Salt : a teaspoon
– Black pepper : a teaspoon
– Red hot pepper : a teaspoon
– Garlic powder : a teaspoon
– Cumin: a teaspoon
– Paprika : a teaspoon
– Coriander : half a teaspoon (ground)
Direction:
- Put all the ingredients except margarine in a bowl.
- Mix well with your hands until the ingredients are combined.
- Make about 10 small balls from the mixture and then flatten them by pressing them with your hand.
- Heat the ghee in a frying pan and stir the kebab discs in it until cooked on both sides well and serve hot.
